Returns Policy
Clip Express accepts returns on standard catalog products. Customers are required to have a Return Authorization from Clip Express prior to any return. We accept returns on any amount, full or partial quantities, except the following: Deflection Clips, UXRC, UCEC, MFCC, AB’s, Moment Clips, UXRC-HD, FCSC-HD, Drift Products and Made-to-Order. Customers are responsible for freight on all returns and are subject to a 25% restock charge.
Shipping
Clips/Connectors: All clip and connector orders are pre-paid when shipping standard ground within the continental United States only; Alaska and Hawaii are not included. Freight charges are applied to any clip and connector order requiring expedited freight. We deem expedited freight as anything shipping with a guarantee.
Non-Clip/Connectors: Items would include Danback Flexible Wood Backing, Spazzer Bar, and Made-to-order items exceeding 48”. Freight may be added to these items. Please inquire with Clip Express.
